We had a fantastic stay at The Highlands At Harbor Springs! The grounds are stunning, especially the beautiful landscaping and outdoor spaces. The family-friendly activities kept us entertained throughout our visit. Our room was comfortable with a cozy layout that made it feel like home, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

The Heather Highlands Inn Pleasantview Suite was cozy and the beds were super comfortable. Room smelled fresh this time, which was nice! It still feels a bit outdated, especially the kitchen. Towel supply was great, though—no need to ask for extras. Really liked the coffee shop nearby, too!
